The Role

We're looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our mission of supporting grassroots music. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the music industry by helping venues and artists capture and share their live performances. You'll be at the forefront of our expansion, working directly with venues to bring them onto the Setmixer platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and sign up new venues to the Setmixer service

• Build and maintain strong relationships within the grassroots music industry

• Act as the primary point of contact for venue managers and sound engineers, addressing their questions and concerns

• Travel to venues, festivals, and conferences to represent Setmixer and expand our network

• Work closely with our technical team to ensure smooth onboarding of new venues

• Provide feedback from venues to help improve our service and offering

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or account management

• Strong understanding of the UK music industry, particularly the grassroots sector

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Passion for live music and supporting emerging artists
